01. WE INVESTIGATE
We begin with a thorough consultation to discuss your project goals, vision, and requirements. We then produce feasibility layouts and propose project programmes.
02. WE CREATE
At initial concept we develop progressed layouts, mood boards and design sketches to confirm a design direction. We then develop the concept the through CGI renders, FF&E proposals and materials boards to create a cohesive design.
03. WE DETAIL
At Fusion we pride ourselves on the detail, both in the design and in the technical information we produce. We co-ordinate other consultants information and produce detailed drawing and schedule packs for costing and construction. We also manage the consents & approvals process
04. WE SOURCE
We help select and procure furniture, fixtures, and finishes, with our extensive knowledge in quality, costing and sustainability.
05. WE DELIVER
We project manage all stages, coordinating with contractors, consultants, and suppliers, leading site meetings and ensuring the design is executed to a high standard on time.
06. WE SEE IT THROUGH
Our team oversees the final installation of all design elements, including the final styling stages. We also perform final snagging inspection to ensure the highest quality of workmanship and design execution.
