HOTEL INTERIOR DESIGN

Fusion led the redevelopment of the F&B and public areas at Spier Hotel, on the Spier Wine Farm near Stellenbosch including lobby, wine bar, dining room, garden breakfast room, and outside the verandas, pool and pool bar and a rooftop terrace bar with a view to die for. 

Our brief from Spier Hotel was to honour the farm's heritage and commitment to regenerative tourism while creating a genuinely luxurious guest experience.  Working as Spier’s hotel design consultant, we balanced heritage and sustainability with day-to-day operational practicality, so the design surprises and delights guests while working hard behind the scenes. 

The result: a hotel that feels both timeless and thoroughly modern.
