Fusion has designed Turtle Bay's restaurants from the very beginning.
We quite literally started with a blank sheet of paper in a bar in Barbados. Over two decades, we delivered more than 40 sites, each with its own individual scheme rooted in vibrant Caribbean food and drink culture.
As the restaurant designer for Turtle Bay, our focus has always been on capturing atmosphere as much as aesthetics; the sound, colour and energy that make guests feel great. It is hospitality design built around end-user experience, ensuring every location works commercially while staying unmistakably Turtle Bay, wherever in the UK you find it.
