Our approach begins with the guest experience.  It is important to understand how someone moves through a space, stay and enjoy it and what makes them want to return.  Operational realities: kitchen flow, back-of-house efficiency, service speed and seating density are then layered onto this.  A restaurant that looks beautiful but doesn't perform operationally hasn't done its job.  Every project is built around the client's own brand DNA rather than a Fusion 'house style', so the results are as varied as the businesses behind them.
